The Hotel is a beautiful building itself, on spacious grounds near the river. We booked for a day stay away to relax and to celebrate my birthday. What a nice surprise a gesture that the management upgraded our room to a junior suite from a deluxe double for free without asking for it. Thank you, you made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, super clean and with stunning views over the river. We dined also in the restaurant, the ala cart menu was quite different from the usual but it was really tasty. The staff was very polite and attentive. It makes a difference with the experience. Definitely recommending it.

The hotel is lovely, a brilliant grand entrance and every member of staff greets you as you walk past them. Bed was comfortable and for a serve-yourself breakfast it was as good as they can be. The hotel is situated on lovely grounds and I personally got a good deal on the price.

The location of the hotel. Size of the property. The breakfast menu and the various choices. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Free parking with a large car park area. smooth booking in and out.

The hotel itself is an impressive building, set in lovely grounds. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and good range of amenities (bonus points for having sockets by each side of the bed, and for being able to pull the TV out so we could attach our Chromecast and watch a bit of Netflix in the evening). The bathroom was immaculate and very nicely finished, towels were big and fluffy. Air conditioning worked perfectly. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests.

The service was absolutely amazing. They were really nice, helpful and caring staff. i had so many questions about the facilities and the room service and they were so understanding and helpful, they didn’t get annoyed or bombarded by the questions. the food was excellent and they catered to halal which was great! and we opted to do afternoon tea and me and my husband loved it, it was such a lovely luxurious experience. overall i LOVED it, and i can’t wait to come back soon!

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Shower room was lovely, mirror with light was perfect night light. Shower had good flow rate. Very handy having a fridge in the room. Room was very hot when we arrived but with the thermostat control and being able to open the window wide was very welcome. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - lovely selection of items.

This is a beautiful hotel set in its own wonderful grounds .The staff were very courteous and attentive and the rooms were super clean &. comfortable..

Beautiful hotel. The check in was very friendly and efficient. We stayed in a deluxe double room which was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed
